Our 40-ton PRECO presses deliver up to 500,000 strokes per day with exceptional speed, accuracy, and repeatability. We also laminate tapes, foils, foams, and adhesive and polymer films prior to cutting to create custom multi-layer components engineered for demanding applications.

  • Rotary Die Cutting

    This high-speed, high-precision process uses cylindrical dies mounted on rotary presses to continuously cut roll materials with exceptional accuracy and repeatability. Rotary die cutting efficiently produces complex shapes, including holes, slots, and perforations, with tight tolerances and rapid throughput, making it ideal for high-volume production.

  • Flatbed Die Cutting

    Flatbed die cutting uses custom steel-rule dies mounted in a vertical press to stamp parts from sheet or roll materials. This process delivers greater cutting force than rotary systems, making it ideal for larger parts, thicker materials, and more rigid substrates. With lower tooling costs and flexible setup, flatbed die-cutting is a cost-effective solution for lower-volume production runs.

  • Match Metal Die Cutting

    Match metal die cutting uses precision machined male and female tooling to create exceptionally accurate, clean cuts with tight dimensional control. This process is ideal for high-volume applications requiring extreme precision and superior edge quality.

  • Compound Die Cutting

    Compound die cutting combines multiple manufacturing operations into a single press cycle, improving efficiency and minimizing material handling. By integrating several cutting and converting processes in one pass, it enables faster production, tighter alignment tolerances, and greater process consistency.

  • Multi-Layer Lamination

    Multi-layer lamination is the process of bonding thin flexible materials with pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSAs) to create engineered composite structures. By combining diverse substrates such as polymer films and foils in a single pass, the process produces durable, high-performance constructions with enhanced functionality and thermal performance.

  • Kiss Cutting

    Kiss cutting is a precision die-cutting process in which laminated materials are cut through the top layers without penetrating the release liner beneath. This leaves the die-cut parts cleanly affixed to the liner for easy handling. Finished parts are typically supplied in roll form on a core, supporting high-volume automated pick-and-place assembly.

  • Pull Tabs and Extended Liners

    Pull tabs and extended liners are engineered features added during the die-cutting process to simplify part handling, liner removal, and assembly. By extending a portion of the release liner beyond the die-cut component, operators and automated systems can more easily grasp, position, and apply parts with greater speed and accuracy.
